Apply to be a Vendor at the 2025 Rodeo
Vendors interested in participating in the Lincoln Riding Club Rodeo must complete and submit the official Vendor Application by the posted deadline.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a space; all spaces are granted by approval only. Vendor booth rental fees are $75 per day for a 10x10 space and $150 per day for a 10x20 space, with booth types including trailer, tent, or other as specified.
Applicants must clearly list the items they intend to sell or display, and approved vendors must agree to the rules and regulations outlined in the Rodeo Vendor Information: www.lincolnridingclub.com/vendors.
Required with the application are a completed and signed form, photos of the booth setup, a full list of products and services, and proof of insurance coverage if the event is within 30 days.
Any violation of the event rules will result in cancellation of the vendor contract and forfeiture of fees paid.
The Lincoln Riding Club has established general rules and regulations for all vendors to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable environment for both participants and the public.
Vendors play an important role in creating an engaging experience, and all applications are subject to approval by the Club.
Applications must include a completed and signed form, booth photos, and a list of proposed items for sale or display. Only approved items may be sold, and vendors must comply with booth standards, cleanliness requirements, and all applicable health and safety regulations. Liability insurance is required and must name the Lincoln Riding Club as an additional insured.
The Club reserves the right to prohibit items it deems inappropriate, enforce penalties for violations, and revoke contracts if rules are not followed.
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, booth presentation, and trash removal.
Any use of the Lincoln Riding Club name, logo, or related artwork for advertising must be pre-approved, and third-party promotions are not permitted.
All vendors are expected to maintain a high standard of quality, professionalism, and cooperation while on the grounds.
