The Horses for Hope Showdeo will be held at the Lincoln Riding Club, 1205 W. Pridemore Dr., Lincoln, AR 72744. Mini’s and Leadline will begin at 12:00 p.m., followed by Barrels, Poles, and Stake Race events starting no earlier than 1:00 p.m.

Divisions include Miniature Horse (in-hand or cart), Peewee (8 & under), Youth (9–14), Junior (15–17), and Adult (18+), with events such as Keyhole, Barrels, Poles, and more.

Entry fees are $10.00 per class, with 75% payback, and all entries must be entered and paid before each class begins.

A negative Coggins test is required for all horses.

The day will also feature a hot dog bar, limited concessions, and fun family festivities for everyone to enjoy.

The Lincoln Riding Club’s Halloween Shodeo will be held on Saturday, October 26, at 1205 W. Pridemore, Lincoln, AR 72744. The event kicks off with exhibitions at 1:00 p.m., followed by the Horse & Rider Costume Contest at 2:00 p.m., with a 1st place prize awarded in each age division.

Leadline, 8 & Under, 9–11, 12–14, 15–17, 18–39, and 40+.

Timed events begin at 2:30 p.m., featuring Bubble Gum Race, Costume Race, Pumpkin Grab, Barrels, and Poles.

Entry fees are $5 per exhibition and $10 per event, with an 80% payback in each age division. (Leadline riders may also compete in 8 & Under but must run the full pattern.)

Members are invited to represent in the Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The parade will take place on Historic Dickson Street, beginning at 11:00 a.m., with trail parking available at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. More details will be shared soon—so be sure to save the date!

The Monthly Club Meeting is held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings take place at the Farmer’s Coop Event Center, 216 N. Main Street, Lincoln, AR 72744.

The 2025 Playday Award Qualifiers have been announced, with participants recognized across all divisions, including Leadline, 8 & Under, 9–11 Years, 12–14 Years, 15–17 Years, 18–39 Years, and 40+ Years. Riders from each age group have earned the opportunity to be celebrated for their achievements. The Award Ceremony will take place at the Lincoln Middle School Auditorium, 201 E School Street, Lincoln, AR 72744, on Sunday, October 5, at 2:00 p.m. Complete rules for qualifying can be found at www.lincolnridingclub.com/playdays.

Members are invited to represent at the Arkansas Apple Festival on October 4, 2025. The parade will begin at 10:00 a.m., with lineup starting at 9:00 a.m. All participants are encouraged, if possible, to wear a white button-up shirt to create a unified and professional appearance.
